  I ordered $6 meal on the app. Order came out in 10 minutes and looked accurate. But the coke they gave me was so watered down I had to go back through the drive through for a new drink, after almost getting home. They also didn’t give me a straw both times they handed me a drink. The staff are nice when you talk to them but must be seriously understaffed or something. Somethings always off at this location which stinks because I love Sonic normally

  Ordered online and sat for 20 mins after it was stated as ready and when asked I was given an attitude and was told I need to just wait. Driver through was served before me. They forgot my food for the order complete then when they gave it, it was cold. Also when calling to speak with the night manger her response “what the hell do they want?” Don’t go here service was terrible and food was cold.

  Almost every time I go to this particular sonic event going through the drive thru I get asked if I need my change back. Even when I just get a drink I always tip at least a dollar. I have now started tipping nothing when I’m asked to tip.

  The store is filled with young women that are definitely not aware of their surroundings or flat do not care . Extremely loud, reach in front of you, and smell of extracurricular smoking. Out of alot of products, flat irons, sugar scrubs, different shades of base in the more warm tones.

  No clue why i was told they were closed and then watch someone else pull up, have their order taken and then served. Manager i spoke with is really nice and tried to help me out however he could.
