Half the time you can't tell if they are open, at the drive thru they talk to each other and slam the window on you, so if you have an issue too bad, not even a hello or thank you. Sent my son to get the $6 smasher meal and a med cheddar bites, $18! Majority of the time they turn off app orders, especially if there is a deal on a specific item that day, or they will put that item unavailable. You can tell the franchise owner is cheap by doing that. Sonic corp should shop them and check out the special deal days. They dont even have the $6 smasher burger on the menu, they want to overcharge people. So sonic corp, don't respond with the 1800 #, instead go investigate this rip off place.

I ordered five Sundays for my family and instead of putting the toppings on top they put me at the bottom of the cup and barely any for $3 Sunday so not worth it then I tried to call they won't answer the phones I recommend not ordering from them

Evidently their grill ops can't read a piece of paper ordered cheese tots confirmed on the paper got chili cheese fries what's with every sonic I go to clearly they can't read

First time I've had an issue with them. So I downloaded the app which has some great deals on food and drinks. The day before I walked up there and ordered one of the deals they had off the app. No problems. The next day I did the same thing and tried to order another deal off the app but was told I would have to order it through the they went on to explain how they could not put the discount through their system it would have to go through the app which they had no problem doing it the day before so I don't know what the problem was well then the app kept buffering wouldn't let me order anything just spent like 10 minutes trying to do. Hungry and frustrated I just ordered some fries that came out to be very crispy almost too hard to eat. I'm just going to remove the app since I can't use it at Sonic.

I made a mobile order and the employees were just showing up for work. I understand people have lives and things happened. I did speak with one of the employees and told them that are like to cancel my order but I couldn't do it from the app she stated she would take care of it and asked me if I wanted to wait I'm not able to wait because I have to go to work. I was hoping to see a refund shortly after or cancellation notice and the Sonic app does not allow cancellations and apparently the employee did not cancel my order. So now I have to dispute the charge with my debit card. I tried contacting The Establishment with the phone number listed in Google or nobody answered. I try not to use this location for the same reason always seems like there's some kind of issue or nobody's there to work .I was just trying to save time this time around. Go to a nearby Sonic and save yourself the headache.
