I’m not giving one star, because y’all aren’t completely horrible. However, service could be a lot better. The charged me $3.99 for a Picklerita slushy, which is fine but then they didn’t put any of the pickle Boba in it and just gave a regular slushy that’s basically only worth a dollar. Basically got scammed there. Then the whole reason we went to Sonic at all was for the free shakes for our birthday and they couldn’t even help with that like jeez

They may be short staffed, but food was perfectly made and delicious. The wait time was not out of the ordinary. However, if it is packed and short staffed, then be paitent. I honestly believe most of the customers that had a bad time, were probably rude. As in, rude from the beginning and do not know how to act like a decent human being. Just due to my personal experiences working in customer service, especially in Oklahoma. If there is something wrong with your order, then all you got to do is go back through the drive-thru. And if you did not check you bag before leaving, that is kind of on your fault. Thank you guys!

Worst place ever.... Seevice is crawling slow
I van see why its never busy here. Bad employees. Why order ahead of time if your not going to start the order until 10 minutes after you sit and wait.

Sat 5 minutes at the drive thru speaker without a peep from the staff. Shouted several times, still nothing. The morning crew is a joke.
