Every time I come here it takes forever to get our food, which is understandable if you're busy. The issue is, whether or not that's the case, I order on the app and my food shows that it was delivered already, and 15-20 minutes pass and we have to press the button to get our food.
It's Saturday morning and there was only 2 other cars here. Not at all busy, we ordered food at 10:45 am, again the screen says the food has already been delivered. We watched cars pull up order and leave with their food, and our order was 3 corndogs, mozzarella sticks and 2 drinks. 1106 a.m. we press the button to call and they immediately bring our food out. We were waiting the whole time and for some reason we have to call every single time. I don't understand why we have to go through this every single time. Clearly there's an issue with the system that needs to be fixed.

I ordered my food in advance. I get here and it takes well over 10 minutes for anyone to answer the red button. Then it takes another 20 minutes to get my food. Why order ahead if you're not going to make it. FASTFOOD is not fast. This location sucks.....

Kristie (the general manager) has one of the nastiest attitudes I have ever come across , I paid for my food and got the incorrect items , I was then told that since thy were out of fries I would have to wait 5 minutes , okay perfectly fine until 20 minutes passes and I still don’t have my fries !!! Very bad location. And very bad service.

If I could leave 0 stars i would the manger was very rude and yelling and cussing while children are present and it took 15 minutes just to answer the head set and my order was not even close to being correct ordered a kids burger plain and it had mustard and ketchup on it as well as chicken bite they were raw still and my blushes were watered down as they used ones they made from a previous order i paid cash so I didnt have to give my card to them and didn't tip amd they asked me if I was going to tip them i said no I believe it is earned even tho I work for sonic currently im not going to give a tip to a rude carhop at all plus they fire employees over a smoke break

If I could give negative reviews I would. Carhop was out talking and yelling with her boyfriend while we was waiting for food. The manager that I had to ask for because my drinks were wrong was rude and very unprofessional (Kristie is her name) I hope this sonic doesn’t stay open much longer
