We ordered a simple kids’ cheeseburger meal — cheese and mustard, nothing complicated — and they still couldn’t get it right. Had to explain the order twice before the manager finally stepped in, and even then the issue wasn’t resolved. We eventually said ‘never mind’ out of pure frustration, and the manager actually laughed as we walked away. Absolutely unacceptable. This place is a joke.
- KSK SmithNov 20, 20251.0The manager with horrible hygiene is very rude, and thinks he can talk to employees and customers any kind of way, not to mention in the kitchen with cuts on his hands and no gloves, disgusting and very unsanitary, and yo come on the speaker,and respond with "what" instead of the proper greeting,like customers aren't the reason you are able to have a job.I don't know but this location has gone to hell, over the past few months, after getting sick from mozzarella sticks, ill drive to another location or to another restaurant before eating here again.I spoke to one of the servers, and the so called manager is Andy, be careful going to this location, blood borne pathogens are serious.

A girl comes out ask what I had; then comes back says you only had a medium tots not a large.. Is that ok? Im how petty they gone be? large vs medium? truth is they should have comped whole thing. Then I got back to destination and order was still not right..
