This sonic isn’t the best and if it’s all sonic that charges sauces WITH purchases it shows how much yall are in need honestly
I wouldn’t waste ur time here there is other Sonic’s that are not needy like this one

I ordered for lunch told my order would be ready at 11:15 is 11:44 still no order. Took my money off my card and giving me a hard time about a refund.

If I could give a 0 star I would. I came here today to get food for lunch. When the lady came onto the speaker, right off the bat she was very rude. I brushed it off and gave her my order and she proceeded to ring up the wrong order and actually added stuff onto the order that made the price way higher. When I told the lady I didn’t ask for chili on my burger, she responded back with “ well we don’t have a button for peanut butter”. Complete attitude and very unprofessional, so I asked for someone else and that person also had a very rude attitude and extremely unprofessional. I understand happy hour and even at times things can become stressful. In this situation tho, the lady needed to take a break and breathe because the attitude was definitely uncalled for. Sonic’s management needs to step up and actually do something with the unprofessionalism. It’s not even about the food, it’s about respect.
