  Somewhat dated atmosphere. Staff were friendly and our waitress was super. She said she was a bartender, but had picked up a shift as a waitress last night. She was fantastic. The bread could be better. Our came out not warm. The brisket quest was eh. The brisket was stringy and hard to pull apart. It could be better. I wouldn't order the chicken dish I had again. Definitely not what I expected. The peppers and onions were chopped, not sliced and the avocado was discolored. The sweet potato fries were good. Not sure I will want to go back honestly. I feel like some improvements can be made.

  Nikki at Saltgrass is hands down the best bartender there. If she’s not working, I honestly don’t even come in. She already knows my order so I don’t even need a menu. That kind of service is rare. She’s always friendly, fast, and makes the whole experience better every time. If you go to Saltgrass, make sure Nikki is behind the bar!

  Food was Decent, the drinks were decent, the atmosphere was a bit dark, & the wait for everything was too long, the wait to be seated the wait for drinks the wait for appetizers the wait for the food the only thing that was fast was the check.. only come here if you have nowhere else to go because you will be waiting long and it wasn’t super packed either, the waiter was nice but he should’ve gotten out food order when he got out drink order.. but everything was way too long for no reason..

  We had such an amazing experience with our waitress, Leah! She was extremely patient while taking our order and made us feel very comfortable. My son ordered a kids burger meal, but it didn’t come with fruit. He became upset because he really wanted to eat healthy. Leah truly went above and beyond — she kindly brought him cut strawberries and apples even though it wasn’t on the menu. That meant so much to us! She has such a warm, happy spirit and is incredibly kind. Exceptional customer service like hers deserves to be recognized. I would highly recommend asking for Leah!

  Went back after a Valentine’s Day nightmare for our free meal and the steaks came out wrong AGAIN. My fiancé ordered the filet medium rare. I ordered the bone in ribeye medium rare and both steaks came out really rare. We sent them back mine came back correct. My fiancés filet came out cut up and charred into four pieces. The waitress had us cut into them and my fiancé just happened to cut into one of the 4 pieces that was cooked correctly although tough and charred to death. The other three pieces were rare as the first time. Will not be coming back. If you want to spend $200 on dinner go to Cattleman’s or The Ranch and get a real steak done properly.
