Unfortunately, Rudy's has lost a lot over the years. Maybe because it's a chain now and not watched over well to make sure everything is the same from store to store. We has Ribs. They were dried out and rough. Not juicy and tender. We also had Cole slaw. Bland and DRY. I asked for some dressing from the back to make it less dry but they said they couldn't do that. The service was great. The cashier was on top on it, greeted us, placed our order and filled it fast. The restaurant was clean. Though it was lunch time on a sat, besides us, there was only 3 other tables that had diners.
