Rang their bell 5 times with three employees right next to the window with not even a glance over in my direction. (And yes the bell worked we could hear it from outside) and when we were finally attended to they handed me the bag that was right next to the window the entire time. Absolutely insanity, and my order was almost dropped because of how long I was waiting.

BRYAN likes to make “executive decisions” to put meat that is less expensive and was not ordered on 2 bowls cause “they were out at the time” I called and he wanted to argue with me and laugh about how he chose to put the wrong meat instead of asking me to wait which I gladly would have instead of losing Money. Very unprofessional. Will not be back. I know chipotle won’t let that happen! Also very childish behavior from the Manager BRYAN to call back after I argued with him about my damn bowl.
