Significantly smaller portions compared to other locations. My bowl was only half filled and they bagged my order without the included chips. Really felt like they were pinching pennies at this one, hard pass on this location.

I don’t often leave Qdoba hungry, but they put too little on the burritos and quesadillas. They were very cheap with the chips too…. I spent $50 for my family to eat what seemed like $5 in ingredients.

Ordered online, came to pick up my order and was handed the wrong food multiple times. I ordered under "AJ". A simple, two letter name. I was given an order for Jack, David, and finally AJ after I explained clearly to the woman that my name was only two letters long. That seemed to be the magic trick as the woman clearly didn't know what order I was there for.
Once I got around to eating my burrito, it left a lot to be desired. It was essentially all rice, some beans, a few veggies, and literally only five chunks of steak. To pay $11 for what was essentially a cheesy rice burrito was a huge disappointment. I can order cheesy rice burrito for like $1.59 at Taco Bell lol... I will not be back to this location again unfortunately.

I place my food at my seat then head over to get my drink. I tell an employee that the DrPepper is out. I eat all of my bowl, no one tells me the dp has been refilled, so I test it, and tell them again no dp. That's when they tell me they ran completely out... then find out they have no sweet or un sweet tea made either.. and all of this with no signs.

Dear QDOBA Management Team,
I’m reaching out regarding an unsatisfactory experience I had at your restaurant on October 21st around 3:30 PM. I usually enjoy QDOBA and have ordered the same meal many times — brown rice, black beans, and chicken — but during this visit, the service and portion sizes were extremely disappointing.
The employee serving me provided half a scoop of brown rice, and when I politely asked for a bit more, she added only a minimal amount. When I requested chicken, she gave me less than a full portion. I’ve worked in food service before, including at Chipotle, and I know the standard serving size is approximately four ounces. What I received was clearly not close to that.
When I asked for a proper full scoop which is considered double which i was okay with, I was given another half scoop. After asking once more to make it a regular portion, I was told I would be charged for triple chicken. I found this unreasonable, as I was simply asking for what should already be included in a normal serving.
At that point, I chose to leave without completing my order. It shouldn’t feel like a negotiation to receive the portions that customers are paying for. This experience left a negative impression, and I hope management addresses consistency and staff training at this location.
