  This location does sell 10 lil wings anymore. Just a heads up it still shows on website. I just received a call from Annie she was extremely rude letting me know they are out. Horrible experience for such a simple call.

  Don’t bother even trying to order! I just tried calling. Right off the bat, the lady was rude. I was just trying to verify the location before I was cut off and “transferred”. I called back, and a “gentleman “ answered sounding more sassy than she did!! New to the area and was lost! All I needed was a little help

  I placed a delivery order and waited two hours for my family to eat. I finally call the store and the manager instructed me the delivery person didn’t want to deliver it bc they felt uncomfortable/unsafe. They never reached out , I live in Edmond OK so I’m unsure of the reasoning. I ask why and the manager had the emotional intelligence of a teenage girl. She immediately went into yelling and interrupting me as I spoke. I asked can I speak after she interrupted me 3x she proceeded with yelling more saying I cut her off after her explanation. To follow up with her hanging up in my face. The absolute worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. For you to represent such a large cooperation , I would be ashamed to have Amanda as a manager. Absolutely the most ridiculous experience I’ve had. All I wanted was my dinner and an explanation to what was going on and how it’ll be fixed. Instead I got a manager who can not regulate her emotions. Thanks Pizza Hut
