I asked if there was something wrong with the system, instead of saying something he puts me on hold without telling me, waited on the line for 19 minutes and then finally someone took my order, in less than a minute he took it and found my order in seconds. Now im here outside waiting the 20 minutes for my order to be ready, the drive here is 20 minutes which is usually the pickup time we take while im getting here.
