- STShy TaylorJul 8, 20251.0Sigh … Ordered online carry out while at work around 7:45 & went to pick up after I got off ! Get there at 8:20 and the lobby is packed , no greet through the door . (Which made me awkwardly standing there) . Tried to approach the front counter with 1 man working up front & couldn’t even make it . Multiple people everywhere & all he is saying is 40 min wait on all these customers first (addressing the lobby) then you .. ? I was confused because I’ve already placed awhile before that time . I asked if he could check for an estimate on my order , he walked over to the line and walked right back and said they haven’t started it yet and it’ll be after all these peoples orders . No urgency from him , nor the girls in the back listening to music . Went to Marco’s Pizza around the corner . So sad because I love Pizza Hut 💔
