I promptly alerted the lady at the front counter only to be told that there was no manager in the store that day. That's fine, but I was told I was going to be given a refund and contacted by the manager only for neither of those things to happen. Please dig through your food before you consume at this location. No telling how many other dishes are passing through the same pans or containers that this shaving came from.

I tried it again and what an improvement! They had my order ready in a few minutes and it was great. Keep up the hard work!
