- BBBRENTONFeb 11, 20261.0I have been craving a toasted bagel with butter for weeks now & this morning I finally decided to wake up early so I could go out of my way to grab one and still be on time to work. Asked for two toasted bagels with butter on the side. Took them a good 5 minutes to give me the food, I was the only one in the line. When I finally got to work, not toasted, no knife, no butter. Disappointed in Panera, I’ll be choosing a different place from now on, somewhere where they care about the customers time and order.

I ordered a cappuccino & it tasted like no syrup was added to it (paid extra), & the new asiago croissant twists were hard & didn’t truly give “croissant”. I have tried coming back because it’s super close to me and quick, but it just isn’t as good as it used to be 😕

Getting rid of favorites but this location is a mess- literally- food left out for customers to clean and bathroom had no soap or paper towels… I’m kinda worried about cleaning and sanitation. Get your act together Panera. Not headed to this one anytime soon.
