  If you drive up to this place, put it in reverse and go somewhere else. My wife and I went last night after a long day and wanted some hot food and to relax. Stood in line and while we’re trying to order, one of the girls that works there didn’t even seem to notice we were trying to spend our money them and started showing a receipt to our cashier and then walked off with no apology. I felt bad for the girl taking our order, she looked like she was embarrassed. Then they told us they were gonna bring our food out to us when it done and ended up finally looking up at the counter and saw our food on the counter. Nobody ever brought our food to us or called our name out. The manager didn’t care either. Go spend your hard earned money somewhere else

  Horrible. My husband and I were ordering when in the middle of talking an employee started talking to the cashier totally interrupting me with no apology or anything. After she was done interrupting we finished our order. We were not given a receipt, ticket or pager- just asked a name and told it would be called when our order was ready. We sat and waited and eventually had to ask if the soup that was sitting on counter was ours…. It had been sitting there long enough to get not cool but COLD and no one thought to see who ordered it. WOW. Apparently the sandwiches were sitting out too. Grilled cheese sandwiches. Cold grilled cheese sandwiches lol. We tried to be understanding but the way the girl at the counter acted and her care less response “ they’d been sitting there for a 2 or 3 minutes sorry bout that” she didn’t even bother checking the temperature just gave us cold food so we decided we were over it. We work hard for our money Panera bread, we consider $40 for a small bowl of soup and a sandwich for 2 expensive… come on, is it too much to ask for it to be made with consideration? Do you think she handled that right? Customers deserve to have a hot meal in a clean restaurant btw the dining room was filthy and there was trash everywhere! Anyway we asked Nick the GM for a refund he didn’t seem genuinely concerned. As an afterthought he asked if we would like an item from the bakery. No Nick we came for dinner not a muffin or cookie or whatever. We will not be back. We went to Hideaway pizza on 50th and Western. The staff was great! The food was hot and great and the dining room was clean. The manager actually cared! Panera bread should go there and take notes!

  Seriously panara? 13 bucks for.less than half a regular salad and some stale bread..... you should be ashamed the ingredients likely cost you 40 cents to make this measly salad you scorned me with. Could not even consider this a side salad at a regular restaurant

  I visited here today. As I walked in I saw a picture of 3 different sandwiches. I ordered the Ciabatta Cheese Steak. I don't expect what I am served to look exactly like the pictured presentation; however, I do expect that it will have some good resemblance. What I received tasted good but there was hardly any meat, peppers, and onions. There was zero space between the top and bottom pieces of bread. In the picture, the bread was not resting on itself; the filling of the sandwich held them apart. My sandwich filling was less than what should have been on 1/2 the sandwich. I was very unhappy to pay $13.00 for what was actually a $5.00 sandwich. I will go to McAllisters or Schlotzky's next time.

  A DoorDash worker or possibly a Panera delivery employee insisted on leaving an order at the wrong address. He was rude, even after I told him the correct address, which was noted on his paperwork was correct. The business was next to ours. He continued to argue with me and just left the large bag order and walked out.
