  Panera is still charging big bucks for smaller portions. To-go portions are much smaller than dine-in. They are wayyyyyy overdo for remodels and upgrades in the dining rooms. This particular location is always dirty when we go in. Sad. The former managers kept it like their own kitchen…. And knew our names. But this bag of chips is a joke! Full of air, maybe 10 chips. I might as well go to Oncue and buy a big bag of chips for my sandwich. Cost over $30 for two lunches. Not at all how they were in the past.

  Went through the drive through yesterday and the service was horrible took us 30 min just to place a order and when I asked what was in there squash soup the employee and the manager had no idea 15 min later came back with pumpkin spice and pumpkin seeds I was stunned with this response for even the manager had no idea and of course at that point we left and will not be going back to any of your locations. Educate your employees

  I didnt know what i wanted and felt rushed to order. Preshini was very indifferent and ordered me a half sandwich but charged me a whole without telling me or giving me a receipt. I paid for overpriced food that i think was out of spite without recieving the rest of the order. if you dont like youre job find one you do.

  I have no idea why, but this location is incapable of giving me a fresh salad. The past few times I’ve ordered a salad, the lettuce has been wilted, black, and disintegrating. I stopped ordering salads for awhile, and decided to give them another chance tonight. I asked the lady taking my order how the lettuce looked, because I didn’t want to get another wilted, black salad. She said it looked good, and assured me that my salad would be fresh. To her credit, the lettuce was decently fresh, but the cilantro garnish was so beyond expired. It was dead and buried. It was black and slimy. Every place the cilantro touched the chicken left a brown mark on the chicken. I don’t understand how an employee can check the freshness of the lettuce, and then doesn’t care to be alarmed at the actual glop of rotten cilantro on top of the salad in plain view. Or how the employee making the salad would think it’s ok to put something so black and slimy on a fresh salad. I guess order salads at your own risk.
