I haven’t been to Outback in about a year. Our experience started off great the service, food, and drinks were all excellent. However, things went downhill once our entrées arrived. My husband ordered his filet cooked Medium Well and butterflied, as this usually ensures it’s cooked properly. When it came out, it was extremely overcooked. It was so overdone that the manager even asked, “What temperature did you want—well done?” On top of that, it was the blandest, most unappealing filet I’ve ever seen. Outback prides itself on flavorful steaks that don’t require sauce, but this was the complete opposite. When we brought it to the manager’s attention, he suggested the issue occurred because the steak had been butterflied. He then insisted on remaking it. I later approached him before the remake was started to let him know my husband was full and we no longer wanted a replacement. He still insisted they would remake it and send it home with us. When we got to the car and opened the bag, we found an undercooked piece of steak—nothing else. No sides, no bread, nothing. And to top it all off, I was still charged for the original filet that was cooked incorrectly.Reminded me why I hadn’t visited in over a year.

Our Kirsten was absolutely amazing. So genuine and sweet. A++. All the staff here really seem in a good mood enjoying their jobs. It’s probably been over a decade since I’ve been to outback and will definitely be coming back again!

Ordered Uber eats, having the food the ready was on time. However making sure everything was in there needed to eat was not. Had to go back and get some. Waiting for 5 mins and having several people walk by and not asking if someone needed help while being in the customer service industry is not okay to me

We went for the veterans day menu. We were able to sit at the bar and not wait. It took 30 minutes to get out order in, and then waited another 1hr and 10 minutes to get our meal. Order was a little messed up, and we didn't get everything on the menu. They ran out if desert options. Seemed like they were short staffed too. The bartender was the only reason we didn't just walk out. The manager didn't even talk with us. We will not be returning due to the poor service and wait times.

Enjoyed their smoky cinnamon pecan old fashioned. Can't go wrong with the Bloomin Onion appetizer and the bread they bring to the table. House salad was good as usual. Hubs had ribs and fries and I had the ribeye steak and fries. Everything was cooked as asked and had that yummy Outback seasoning. No room for dessert and as usual loaded up the take home containers. The Outback on Memorial across from Quail Springs Mall is the one we always go to and has yet to be anything but very good!
