I had ordered some food on the app, had already payed, and the food delivery guy was already there, it wasn't until 2 minutes when I was supposed to get my order, I got a notification that my ordered had been canceled. I had called the store, no answer. I called at least 4-5 times. I called customer service on the app and someone explained to me that they might be closed, only for me to drive by 10 minutes later to see that they were open. At this time, its been almost an hour in that locations drive through for my food. Theres only three cars behind us. Also, the Manager that everyone said was rude, still works at this location
- JJJulitoOct 28, 20251.0DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION IN THE MORNING. I used to come to this McDonald's just for some simple pancakes and yet the pancakes had a horrible stench to it (like dog food). The one time I decided to order something different and get a simple mcgriddle, they give me a biscuit instead. They are fast but that comes at the great cost over the food (which is why im there). Overall, the kitchen needs to be revamped as it must be a issue in cleanliness as I do not understand how you can get pancakes tasting/smelling this bad on a consistent basis.

She had poor customer service skills, and shouldn't be taking orders and dealing with the public. Wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone. 1🌟
