  It's hard to order here because staff can barely speak English. And... par for, the ice cream machine is still broken. No Shamrock Shakes

  Husband and I had stopped there on the way back from doctor appointments. He ordered a spicy mcchicken. After 10 minutes of waiting he went in an they claim that they didn’t have his order. He showed them the proof that he had ordered it on the app. But the supposably manger kept arguing with him. His points were taken off to cover the cost for it and he never got his order.

  Instead of putting up a sign on the cash register stating "KIOSK ONLY we are short staffed", just tell the truth. We are lazy and nobody knows how to run or learn how to use the cash register. Lost a couple big purchases because of laziness.

  Workers pretend they don’t understand when you ask for things like drink carriers. But seem to understand they are giving you a total of 3 drinks. They stuff food in bags to where it’s overflowing and rips when you try to close. There’s a standard albeit very low for McDonald’s but there’s still an expectation to be able to communicate with the workers.
