I've never had an issue with anybody else.At this mcdonald, everyone else is lovely and respectable.However elena got mad that I asked for my money back after she told me that they don't do pup cups, and then she turned around and tried to charge me eighty cents for a pup cup once she said they don't do it.She got mad when I said, give me my money back and then she tried to short me and give me a dollar fifty.When my order was three dollars and some change. Not only does she try to give me the incorrect amount of change.She actually threw the change at me. Mcdonald's, y'all gotta do better when y'all put these people in management roles. I'll never come back to this location again. Do something with elena, she makes McDonald's look bad. Her character speaks loud and clear. She does not care for The customers who make her paycheck.

Sitting in line for 10-15 minutes with 3 cars in line is ridiculous. I don't believe they understand what customer service actually is. I will not be back to this location. I will gladly visit I240and western or 44th and western... there are other options!
