closed 40 minutes early for absolutely no reason. i ordered on the app and when i tried to give them my code they said they were closed even though they literally weren’t and aren’t supposed to be. lmao

Pulled us to the third window just to sit there for 30 min until they remembered we were there and then forgot our order and we had to wait another 10 min.

I don’t know if it’s the training or just the kids you are hiring but they don’t care about their jobs. Every time we have been to this new location something is wrong with our order and the customer service is non existent.
