My wife went inside to pick up our food and waited patiently. It was before lunch, and everyone was professional and working hard—except for one guy at the front. While my wife stood there waiting for him to acknowledge her, he was loudly complaining to the staff about how he didn’t want to wash his hands, saying things like “what do they want me to do, wash my face too?” He clearly saw her waiting but kept walking around until she finally had to flag someone else down for help.
If that man doesn’t want to wash his hands, he shouldn’t be in the food industry. Not washing hands can lead to people getting sick, serious health risks, and even lawsuits. Everyone else there was professional, but that one employee needs to find a job better suited for him.

Dont even bother trying to get ice cream, they supposedly dont have a machine. Also I always am missing items.

I didn’t receive all of the food I ordered.
I have been trying to call the store to deal with this since 12:12pm I have tried calling 30 times to deal with this issue only to keep getting the same recording that my call ca not be completed at this time try your call again later the I assume it repeats the same thing in Spanish then hangs up on me. Store 10080 located at 9000 SE 29th st.

The last 3 times it was horrible. Twice I was on the outside lane while 4 cars went thru on the inside lane and I just drove to window to place order. One occasion the "shift manager" told they were changing shifts, sorry. My thought, was you only changing shifts on the outside lane?
