  I picked up order there today for a customer. It sat there on the shelf for 5 to 10 minutes. Who knows how long it was there before I got there I had to look around the corner to get someone’s attention and it’s still took another five minutes for that to happen. There’s no customer service at McDonald’s anymore. And then and then I finally got the order and I told her that I was like it’s been sending this whole time you could’ve gave it to me a long time ago, but instead, she decided to fix two other orders take an order outside instead of attending to me. There was another customer standing in the lobby that she totally ignored and he walked out mad. I did DoorDash and I refuse to pick up any more orders at McDonald’s because the service there is horrible.

  THE MORNING STAFF BEFORE 7AM IS AMAZING ! I usually stop by between Monday and Friday and the whole staff is incredibly nice and I've never gotten anything on my order incorrect.

  Seriously? Get someone that speaks English in the drive through. This is still the United States. I shouldn't have to speak Spanish in my country.

  Horrible service. Ordered via drive-thru, got home and missing an entire order. Called the store and they want me to drive 30 minutes back for a refund. Corporate theft at its finest!

  Went through the drive through due to an injured ankle. Noticed my nuggets were missing. Drove back and had to walk inside on my hurt ankle because I wasnt waiting in that 15 min line again. Got my nuggets. Came home, both of my sandwiches were completely wrong...... Fries were fresh and delicious...... at the bottom of my bag. Not impressed. Food is fresh, but make sure you check every single item before you leave.
