After the third time I immediately called told them so the lady (who was actually nice) would put my name down in their book so I could get it fixed later. But when I try to come back another day and tell them my name should be in the book the guy says it's not in there. He probably didn't even look and or they were just too busy to even care. Terrible location plain and simple

- LLLisaDec 4, 20251.0Ordered food by mobile app at 5:25 didn't receive food until 6:30. Standing in lobby waiting for an hour is ridiculous! Manager wasn't concerned or apologetic for the wait. Apparently you can order in store faster since others did and received food before we did. Terrible service!
