  Food was cold and drinks were in water cups. MOST IMPORTANTLY I was with my granddaughter (6) and besides the (4) homeless people sleeping we had a grown man staring at my granddaughter. Made me feel real uncomfortable and I was getting her up to get away from him another man stood in between us and started backing bad guy away. Bad guy continued staring at granddaughter and I almost called police. But he didn’t follow me outside and we went back to hospital. VERY UNSAFE FOR KIDS!

  Just went through drive through always get my orders wrong I ask for none onion diced or minced they seem to add extra onions it's slap in the face when your trying to buy for someone who is allergic to onions just says no onion the slip says no onions but every time there's onion so now they won't tryi eating here anymore it has happened every time if your allergic tou can't just pick them off like if it's something like just don't like it then yeah I understand the just pick it off but you should get what you paid for too if I got a mcdonalds there's only 1 that I really like them the foods great and I give them 5 stars but it's not about me this is about a repeating occurrence to the point they won't eat here at all because they feel they don't care enough about allergies and they don't want to pay them for not caring when he can go somewhere else I said that's fair

  I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. The employees and the manager were very rude and unprofessional. On top of that, when we asked for ketchup and sauces, they told us we had to pay extra for them. It felt unnecessary and poor customer service. Customers should be treated with respect, and basic condiments shouldn’t become an issue. I hope management improves the service and how they treat customers.
