I'm just 1 person but if it's posted the info gets out. You select start order button. Touch sandwich menu. All I want is that McChickan sandwich. 1st sandwich from the list. I don't want any fries, I've got a coke in the truck, no dessert. I just want to touch the Pay Now Button that should be on every screen. Think of WallyWorld's self check-out at any time because pay now button always on the screen there should be a backup button (reverse) right beside the Pay Now Button. Keep it simple stupid! That's the way I think. I told her I didn't feel i should feel work/stress just trying to order & eat. I told her I'd been eating at McDonald's for over 55years I'm 63yrs and I will not eat at McDonald's ever again. I did it when fried chicken / selling the biggest Mexican fast food brand they swiched from people taking your order to having to use the Kiosk. That was the last time I ate there. Been 1 1/4 years. I miss that Mexican fast food. The manager politely, stood there & listend to me, payed attention, understanding my concern. She apologized for my inconveniences and for my struggling. Then repeated the concerns back to me. Her smile never left her face! I'll go out of my way just to eat their. When I walk away I felt calm not excited &no pissed off either. Thank you
