Visited this McDonald’s location at 2101 NW 23rd St, Oklahoma City, OK 73107 (Store #13060) on March 10, 2026 around 9:08 AM (Order #229) for what should have been a simple breakfast. Instead, I got treated like garbage by staff and management who clearly don’t care about customers.
As soon as I walked in, two female employees were wandering the store with clipboards—obviously working—and completely blocking the self-checkout kiosks. They had terrible personal space awareness: they got right up in my face, uncomfortably close, with no “excuse me,” no apology, nothing. Just rude and oblivious, like customers are in their way.
I went to the counter and ordered a Sausage Egg McGriddle. The cashier asked if I wanted a meal. I paused for a split second to think, and she immediately snapped at me: “Do you want the meal?” with clear impatience and attitude. Red flag right there.
I said yes, then asked the obvious: “Does it come with orange juice?” Her response? A cold, disinterested “I don’t know.” I thought I was on a prank show. Instead of checking the menu, helping, or showing any basic competence, she just rang it up—and surprise, orange juice was added as an extra charge.
I explained I didn’t want to pay extra for what I thought was included in the meal. Her reply? “Do you want the orange juice or not?”—said in the most disrespectful, snarky, condescending tone I’ve ever heard from a cashier. Zero professionalism, pure contempt. I was shocked and immediately demanded, “I need to speak to your manager.”
Her answer? “He’s busy.” Then she literally walked away from the register, left me standing there like I didn’t exist, and started doing other tasks. I had to shout for a manager to come over myself.
When the manager finally appeared, I detailed the entire rude interaction—how unprofessional and disrespectful his employee was, how this shouldn’t be tolerated. He… laughed it off. Actually chuckled like my frustration was funny. No apology, no promise to address it, no accountability. He just finished my order (Order #229) and acted like terrible service is standard here.
This store is a nightmare. Employees treat paying customers with disdain, invade personal space without a care, snap impatiently, pretend not to know basic menu items, and abandon registers mid-transaction. Management enables it all with zero consequences—even laughs when confronted.
I’ve been to countless McDonald’s—this Store #13060 at 2101 NW 23rd St is by far the worst. It’s embarrassing for the brand. Corporate needs to investigate this location urgently: review camera footage from 3/10/2026 around 9:08-9:15 AM, talk to staff about Order #229, and fix the toxic culture here before more people get treated like this.
Basic respect costs nothing. Avoid this place unless you enjoy attitude and incompetence. 0 stars. Never coming back.
