  This is a busy place but the person taking drive thru orders does not have English proficiency and then incorrectly processes orders causing other staff who also do not have business English proficiency to not be able to fill these orders correctly. You as any patron may be asked to pull up and wait in a drive up vs drive thru order situation. I had to ask for my ticket. So I was given part of my order which was cold and was supposed to be hot off the grill. I was told after many questions at the second window and showing this ticket, I was told to pull into a numbered space. I then did not get my order for another 15 minutes. At 10 minutes a person came to my car asking if I ordered this or that item on her tray. And later still then another woman showed up with a greasy bag which I have never seen at McDonald's at all ever and it was stone cold, full of mashed food, including undercooked fries without salt, no ketchup and no napkins, no drink. This is a very good physical location to stop and get a meal. And often they gave specials other shoos do not have and all the Happy Meal Toys per event But I often have seen what happened to me, happen to other people. And if you don't have rewards app, they will not compensate you.Drive thru and take out are not the same. So this below preselected answers are not what the options are.

  Food was cold. Took forever. They were out of the Shamrock Shake and then the younger guy tried to pass it off and gave attitude like the vanilla shake he handed my brother was a shamrock shake. We would've been fine with a soda instead or at least an attempt to help the cashier that asked him for assistance but he walked off and didn't want to take any responsibility for it. Worst service and overall experience I've had at McDonald's in a while. I also seen a guy drop ice cream cones on the ground and proceeded to use it so. Hopefully that didn't end up with a customer.

  I ordered the new Big Arch but with only a single patty as well as a Happy Meal and two McChickens. Big Arch was given without a bun and still had both patties. Sweet and Sour sauce was missing. Took almost a full hour to get in and out of drive thru. This is not the first time this location has completely dropped the ball. The almost hour wait time for this is completely unacceptable and while I understand things happen you shouldn't be having these basic QC issues when people are waiting as long as they are.

  This place is terrible the morning crew are always rude I placed an order from the app I get there they say the systems are down no refunds and no I cant have my order. As I am asking for help and how I can expect my refund she just keeps repeating systems down bye. Terrible service and no I got no refund and no food so theres that and you cant call the number listed on Google no one ever answers.

  This is literally the worst McDonalds in the city, by far. The last three visits they forgot my child's happy meal apples and dipping sauces, the fries are never hot and have zero salt. All the sandwiches are sloppy and not put together with any care. It takes 10 minutes to get one meal and they always have you park in the numbered spots if there is even a possibility of your order taking more than 5 seconds to make. They do everything possible to boost their locations statistics and raise their local ranking against other McDonalds restaurants with zero care for customer or quality. It's the worst experience possible from the worst quality fast food chain available. Bad all around.
