  I was shorted a sauce that I paid for and tried to submit a CS case because this happens way too often (except they’re usually the complimentary sauces) but, the CS portal has failed 3 times in a row now (in app, through email, and through browser). What do I have to do to get this taken care of?

  Was there at 9:00 am and again the ice cream machine is not working or broken . I asked a employee about it and her response was I have no idea it's not my problem It's not my job to fix it That was very unprofessional Not sure really what's going on down there I've been going there every day to order breakfast and I always order a milkshake so I don't know what they're doing I remember at one time I heard that it was fixed or they corrected it but now all of a sudden it's broke again and has been broke for over a week now It's starting to get warmer outside and I'm sure not only myself but there's other individuals that are probably trying to get a milkshake or ice cream cone or whatever it may be something cold and refreshing but like I said once again not working they need you to fix it or replace the machine and they're having that many problems. -_- disappointed at McDonald's

  There always homeless people in the parking lot leaving an unsafe feeling. The ice cream machine doesn’t work at 8:30 on a Saturday night, the fries are old and soggy, very slow to get my order and the employees aren’t very friendly.

  Once again at 9:31 a.m. Central Time I came into the store again to get a milkshake strawberry milkshake as always for the past 3 days in a row the owner or manager keeps telling me that is not working I always thought that from what I was told by the corporate office that it was fixed they had a brand new milkshake machine now once again like I said it's a constant thing no milkshakes so now I'm getting a refund for 3 days in a row I've done had refunds on my debit card because the milkshake machine is broke or whatever they keep telling me but of course nobody says anything else but we have to refund it so like I said once again giving one stars across the board because they cannot fix the problem they just called him more problems very upset very disappointed that you cannot fix the machine.

  They should sell tacos and burritos. Hardly any workers who speak English. Always mess my order up. Keep the bathrooms locked. Hard to get in. Treat others with disrespect. French fries under the light too long. Sloppiness overall one star wouldn't recommend this or for that matter. Any McDonald's to anyone? It's time to start eating better and getting better service.
