    Never been to a restaurant were you trying to order to the from counter and you just get completely ignored by staff, and once you catch somebody's attention they come and atteend you with an attitude, unacceptable makes me not want to come back here.

    Visited this McDonald’s drive-thru around 9:30 PM today. We clearly explained our order at the first window and asked for all meals to be made large, but the order was not repeated back. From the beginning, the staff seemed visibly irritated by our crying eight-month-old baby, which made the interaction uncomfortable and stressful. Instead of showing patience or understanding, the tone and body language suggested annoyance. At the final window, two employees acted as though the order issues were our responsibility, even though we had been clear when ordering. The food itself had multiple problems: we were given the wrong drink, my husband’s burger was missing bacon, and one fry we paid for was missing. When we asked for the drink to be corrected at the drive-thru window, the employee took it back and was observed mouthing an inappropriate comment behind the glass. We even offered to pay to correct the order since our card had already been run, but the remaining issues were never fixed. We left without the bacon and fry that were paid for. Mistakes happen, but the lack of courtesy, patience, and willingness to make things right—especially toward a family with a baby—made this a very disappointing experience.

    Well if you're looking to get breakfast at this McDonald's you are SOL because they will leave you in line for 25 minutes have everybody else worrying about the drive-thru and nothing about the inside of the store and then when you go to the drive-thru they'll make you wait until exactly 10:30 when their menu changes and you cannot get breakfast anymore so yes this place is trash these people are too busy and only worry about everything else but the inside registers!!! They do not concern themselves with customer care or the many attempts in one day to just get breakfast, they need more staff or a whole new staff all together, 6 times in one year at this location has happened to me so I can only imagine how many other customers they don't even take their order, I'm doing breakfast at Carl Jr's for now on!! Real ingredients and no waiting 25 minutes or more just to put a order in!!

    Used the app for the first time today thinking maybe if I use the app they won't totally screw up my order while I thought wrong. I don't know what's going on at this location but the quality of the food has been horrible for the last couple of months and today no less unacceptable. First they screwed up my order I ordered a double Big Mac and I didn't get that instead I got a regular Big Mac but they charged me for the double. I ordered chicken McNuggets two 10 packs got them home and the wife tells me one of his partially frozen and holy cow it was not even cooked. The other McNuggets were ice freaking cold not sure how long they were sitting there or what they did but this is unacceptable. I just don't think I can go back the last few times we have been to this location it's been absolute disaster with incorrect orders cold food undercooked food and just basically crappy experiences.

    Upon arrival the restaurant smelled like sewage I placed my order on the kiosk 2 $5 McChicken meal deal it was a partial payment on the kiosk so I proceeded to the register after waiting 15 minutes with only Hispanic working no one acknowledged me, afterwards the male came to the counter and I told them the problem he then told someome else to help however she didn't speak English the lady made me swipe my card 5 times I told her I have a certain amount I knew the amount I had on my card the card declined after the fifth time I was sent out with no food and a sour taste in my mouth
