When I arrived, the dining room doors were locked—even though the hours posted on the door said the lobby was open until 10pm. It was only 8:30pm. I went through the drive-thru to retrieve my order, and the employee told me they couldn’t hand it to me at the door and I had to wait in the full drive-thru line. I ended up waiting over 10 minutes just to pick up a single order of fries that were room temperature that I then had to ask for hot fresh ones instead that took another 13 minutes to wait on. Very disappointing experience and not the level of service I expect, especially when the posted hours said the dining room should have been open. Will never come back to this location again.
