    I asked for a Big Mac with only Mac sauce and onions and cheese, got one with everything, took it back and after 10 min they gave me a cold Big Mac that they drowned in Mac sauce. I guess having pride in ones work is a thing of the past.

    literally the worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to !!. we ordered our food at the kiosk like we always do, we didn’t get a receipt for an number to be called, we waited forever for our food. bout 25 mins went by and we went to go check on our food, and the manger or the lady whoever she was at the counter said she called our number repeatedly. and we tired to explain to her that we didn’t have a receipt and she wanted to get rude about it, we also had to wait for our drinks til we got our food. our food was soggy and cold we paid for sauce and when we went up to the counter to ask for it she wanted to argue with us saying she put it in the bag.

    Had to cancel my mobile order because I picked up at 10:37am but order at 10:05 am... like food should be done - im just picking up! They said I had to cancel my order on the app 😒 and wait for a refund... do better mcdonald's!

    This is the WORST McDonald’s I have ever been to. Ticket times must be outrageous here. I spent 36 minutes in the DRIVE THRU before I got to place my order after only THREE cars in front of me. The staff is nonchalant at best, my order might be right when I finally get it, and no, I pulled into the drive thru lane, I WILL NOT BE USING MY MOBILE APP TO ORDER!!!
