    I had a very frustrating experience at this McDonald’s. On December 29th around 3:30 PM, I placed and paid for my order through the mobile app. The money was taken out of my account, and I received my order code. When I arrived at the store, the cashier told me I had to pay again. I explained that I already paid through the mobile app and gave him my code. He claimed the order was declined and said I needed to pay, and he was rude about it. I asked to speak with a manager, hoping to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the manager also insisted I needed to pay again, despite me explaining that the charge had already gone through. She had an attitude and made no effort to actually check or help resolve the situation. I should not be asked to pay twice for the same order, especially when the app already charged my card. The lack of customer service and unwillingness to help was very disappointing.

    Most time get my order made wrong or always having to wait for my coffee to get brewed like 20 minutes then food cold by the time you get your drink unless you eat it then

    I cant give a lower rating. This mcdonalds is terrible. Food is cold. Service is terrible.
