  Ordered donuts got a box of day old donuts that were double the price of every place I found. They are NOT worth the price I mean come on atleast fresh donuts.

  Literally the nicest people working!!! I went in there and ordered two dozen donuts and the man helping me gave me a coupon. So sweet so nice and so yummy!!!

  I’m baffled right now I placed an order last night through yalls website was charged for it I have the confirmation number and it’s a delivery I called the store to get an update on my order because I haven’t received any notification at all about my order when I called the store the guy who answer was nice at first but when I tried to get an update on my order he was like DoorDash and Uber Eats handle that like what? You can’t just tell me if my order was made or it wasn’t you can’t inform if my order has left the store he just tells me I need to contact DoorDash or Uber Eats. Then his tone changed and he was like it probably didn’t go through like excuse me my guy I was charged AND have a confirmation number he was not helpful at all not once and for me spending $45 damn near $50 on some donuts got me messed up. Do better! Update: I just got my order and when I open the box of donuts there’s 2 extra kind of donuts in the box I ordered 2 cinnamon rolls this is wild now when I called to check on my order why couldn’t anyone help me and Inform me they ran out of cinnamon rolls what else would I like instead of assumed and giving me two extra apple donuts bro we order ONE because we never had them and we’re trying ONE now I have THREE of these things. I said it once I’ll say it again DO BETTER!

  Customer service ROCKS. For context, My husband and I woke up early this Sunday morning to go get a donut/pastery from somewhere and orginally decided to visit Paris Baguette but the customer service we experience ended with us leaving...because PB told us they were having a delayed opening. No offer to let us look at what was already out, no offer for a coffee, nothing to keep our business... just side eyes like why were we there so early. ANYWAYS my customer service experience with Krispy Kreme was so much better! Service is always fast and friendly! Love yoooou guys!

  I love Krispy Kreme Doughnutsand do notice cooking equipment when it's in use and on display. At this particular, the store has been in use for Along time. Now the Krispy Kreme store in Branson Mo. is the total opposite... WOULD LIKE to take a survey on that store.
