  Great customer service and Wonderful & Friendly Staff. I have food allergies and They Go (Auria)out of their way to make sure they got my donuts hot off the line. Auria Has Been Great i've been here every other day. And today Auria helped me with My Order and Erin was a cashier !!!! 💯% Best Customer Service & The Best Donuts 🍩 😊

  I drove a very far way to get my birthday donuts and also buy a dozen glazed. I think Krispy Kreme's has one of the best donuts but not after today, well not at least in Oklahoma City. First I got charged for my birthday donuts when they are suppose to be free and then they were kid sized including the dozen I received. The quality of these donuts look nothing like that I have received at other Krispy Kreme locations in other states and what they advertise every where. I've attached a picture of the poor quality of donuts I received. Normally they are fluffy and fill the box but they were very small and sad looking and did not fill the box at all. I felt like I got cheated.

  Original glazed donuts are still the best, BUT, rather expensive at $15.99 per dozen. They ran out of the Halloween donuts so my daughter couldn't get one 😔.

The staff here always seem happy to be part of the experience. They’re quick to greet you, patient while you decide which dozen to take home, and sometimes they even hand out samples if the timing’s right. The shop itself is spotless and full of life, with kids watching the conveyor belt and families snapping photos beside the glowing sign. Even the drive-through is efficient, and the coffee pairs perfectly with the doughnuts—smooth, rich, and just strong enough to balance the sweetness. Krispy Kreme isn’t just about grabbing dessert; it’s about taking a little break from the day to enjoy something simple and joyful.
