Do NOT leave tips here! The money in the tip jar does not go to the employees. Rather, it is used to replenish the register. I hope the employees report this. It is in no way legal.
I was in the location at memorial and MacArthur at 11:00 AM on 1/2. THE SERVICE WAS AMAZING, friendly and the staff were all busy getting ready for the day. The food was fresh and delicious. 5 star experience at this location.
The staff at late lunch today was excellent—waiting to take our order, make it and had all tables cleaned top and underneath—thanks—means a lot to us. Food was fresh and tasty. We love Jimmy John’s for these reasons!
Carbonated drinks (Coke) didn’t have enough syrup (too much carbonation). Men’s bathroom desperately needed mopped in front of toilet. Ladies bathroom needed hair cleared from the bowl.
(If I’m the district manager, I’m demanding the parking lot be cleaned/washed of the filth. So gross.)

Been to this location 3 times over the last few months. Had issues all 3 times. 1. Bread was not cored on vito, associate did not ask for my rewards number, just stared off into space. 2. Specifically asked if the bread was supposed to be cored, was told yes, was told I had a 5 off coupon on my account, coupon never redeemed, alternate cashier stared off into space, bread was not cored. 3. Specifically if the bread was supposed to be cored, was told yes, was never asked for my rewards number for a 40 dollar order just to find out you can't add points with receipts, alternate cashier stared off into space, my giant Vito had the snack size portion of meat/cheese on it, was not cored, and did not have mayo on it either even though my receipt did not say no mayo, wasted 40 dollars. Will not go back until management makes my experience right and corrects the issues. Will not entertain submitting feedback through a link. Just screen shot this and send it to the GM. 1*

Ordered 5 meals, the cashier was not responsive and never repeated anything back, just stared as we stated each order. 1 out of the 5 was correct. We took two back to fix (1 missing 1 of the 3 ingredients and another missing any of the meat completely) and the other 2 we just dealt with. The wrap was so poorly put together, it was a blob that all fell apart instantly, dripping with sauce and full of the peppers and pepper flakes we had asked to omit. It was so inedible that we just had to laugh and the pile of slop because it was so ridiculous. We had waited so long to get the order and there were at least 6 more people looking frustrated and tired from waiting a long time that we just tossed it and left. The tables were dirty and the root beer was straight syrup.
