I just witnessed an employee being extremely rude to a delivery driver basically treating him like garbage. I don’t know what the employee’s name was but we wore jeans, black dress shirt, hat, and had a goatee. He also had on headphones in both his ears. This happened during the evening. Management needs to talk to this guy cause I definitely don’t want to come here with employees like that.

Extremelyyyyyy slow. I got in the car line at 1:12pm and I’m still in it at 1:42pm. I’m stuck or I would’ve driven away 20 minutes ago. “Freaky fast” is not here.

Absolute thieves! Ordered in the store and handed a bag. I should know better but didn’t check it. Get home, 30 minutes away, and we are missing a snadwich and got another one which wasn’t what we ordered. One sandwich correct. Called the store and they couldn’t fix it. They told me I needed to bring the receipt in. I did the next night on the way home and and told they couldn’t do anything as the manager wasn’t there and wouldn’t answer the phone. What a joke! You stole my money and won’t make it right??

I was very impressed with my visit. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful as I was trying to redeem a reward. I got a free drink because it was my birthday and they definitely didn’t have to do that. It makes a difference when customer service is a priority! Thanks guys!
