  I am writing to report an extremely unprofessional experience at this location earlier. At approximately 7:56pm (20260307) I ordered a small Almond Tea through the drive-thru. After leaving the store and reaching the area near Shartel and 50th Street, I realized the drink tasted like sugar water and was clearly not prepared correctly. I returned to the drive-thru to request a refund. When I pulled back up, two employees—including the one who had originally handed me the drink—were pointing and laughing at me from inside the window. When I rolled my window down and calmly requested a refund, they continued laughing and high-fived each other. One employee then stated that they would “never serve me again” and claimed the store was closed. When I informed them that I would be contacting the store or corporate office about the incident, they left the building, got into their vehicles, and drove away. This is now the third negative experience I’ve had at this location, and the level of disrespect and lack of professionalism from the staff was unacceptable. I hope management will review this situation and address the conduct of the employees working this shift. I will not be returning to this location and will instead visit the May Avenue location if I choose to patronize this franchise again.

  I had a really disappointing experience at this location. The brown-skinned girl with glasses and curly hair who was working the counter was extremely rude. When she handed me my change and drink, she basically threw them at me instead of handing them respectfully. I calmly asked to speak to a manager, and she told me she was the manager, in a very rude tone, then walked off without trying to resolve anything. There was no reason for that kind of behavior. As a paying customer, I expect basic respect. I won’t be coming back to this location, and I hope ownership addresses how customers are treated.

  My favorite thing to see. Where we live we don't have one so I will drive out of my way to get my sweet Georgia peach tea
