I was the only customer inside, patiently waiting for an employee to help me, and was then approached and asked if I had rewards, then asked if I had the app. I replied “no, but I do have the phone number for the rewards”. (This is because my boyfriend has a rewards accounts and buys tea for all of his employees every single working day at the Moore location and he has the app on his phone). The female employee’s reply to me was her rolling her eyes and looking around rudely. I replied “Nevermind, I will just go ahead & pay”. Once I was paid in full, I proceeded to inform her (with no other employees around) that she really should not do that. I proceeded to share that The rolling the eyes and treating people like she did was and is extremely disrespectful. She was shocked I called her out, and she proceeded to deny and never apologized. I left and will not be returning. Like I said in the beginning, it’s clear this has happened to others and it’s unacceptable. Regardless, I pray that whatever she is going through gets much better and she comes out of this negativity!
