She used vulgar and inappropriate language, which is completely unacceptable in a customer-facing role. On top of that, her attitude was rude and dismissive, making the interaction uncomfortable and unnecessary. Customer service should be respectful, and this experience was the opposite. I hope management addresses this issue.
