    I had a very unpleasant experience due to the cashier, Amarion. Her behavior was unprofessional from the moment I approached the register. She used vulgar and inappropriate language, which is completely unacceptable in a customer-facing role. On top of that, her attitude was rude and dismissive, making the interaction uncomfortable and unnecessary. Customer service should be respectful, and this experience was the opposite. I hope management addresses this issue.

    I'm getting really tired of buying what i think is sweet tea only to get home and find out that its not. It's happening a LOT. I'll be back in the morning to exchange this gallon in the morning.

    This location has great customer service…they are consistently personable & always assist with a smile. I’m sorry I can’t remember the clerk’s name that helped me as I had additional questions about the HTeao app, but he was so helpful. Highly recommend!!! Only request: consider making the Texas Chai tea with a Zero sugar option.😀

    I've been coming here since it opened, and it's always been wonderful, with great service, drinks, and atmosphere. However, the past months, maybe 3 or 4, the drinks have been lackluster or overall bad. I come inside since I like to make my drinks, however, they lately have either been made wrong, where they have no flavor or sweetness, to even tasting completely watered down. I'm unsure if it's a difference between the tea kept behind the counter or if it's a problem with workers or even equipment. It's very disappointing, and I hope yall can sort this out, thank you.
