When it’s a 2 line deal it gets confusing and frustrating because you’re in line and cars come out of nowhere hop on to the other lane and basically cut everyone who’s been waiting 5 min or so. Other then that I love it <3

I haven’t met one negative person here before. I literally drive from the north side to get my drinks here, because it’s not only about my drinks being made correctly, but also made with love. Shoutout to this team, morning and night crew, they’re all great. 🤍

I kept seeing people running to their car and back for the christmas ornaments while i was at the window. They had their hands full of them. So i asked them if i was able to get the ornaments because i had ordered 4 drinks to get some and it wouldn’t have been a whole deal if i didn’t see people getting them already but since i did before 10am i asked them and they got the shift leader which she was very rude saying how it wasn’t 10am and she couldn’t give me any and that i had to get back in line and order AGAIN to even get one in a very rude tone. Which before they used to give me a receipt to come back around and get what they were giving out that day. Overall the experience was so bad today which is sad i love this location and is my go to. I don’t know if the people who were getting ornaments before 10 when i couldn’t get any were friends or family of hers but that is so unprofessional and very rude.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
