I will not be going back to this establishment and/ or recommend anyone to go to this establishment. This is worse customer service that I've ever had at this establishment. Me and my daughter came to this establishment and ordered a medium strawberry protein refresher and a medium frozen vanilla chi with whipped cream, four liquid sugars, with Carmel on top and inside of the cup. The order take sighed at me when I c became undeceived about the difference between the protein refresher and a regular refresher. So then order taker told me my total with an attitude, customer drive up to the window, customer then asked money taker(person at the window) Who was the young lady taking orders? He(money taker) said"Why". I stated" that she was rude and had an attitude". He(money taker) said" she didn't have an attitude", I then showed him my phone to scan for points, then I had asked the man at the window(money taker) if I could see his credit card machine so that I may pay, the money taker then asked is it tap and pay with a snobby attitude, then I stated can I see your machine so I can pay for my food,then the money taker said" you don't have to have an attitude" then proceeded to make a smart, rude comment to me told me that I better be happy I'm not one of his kids, then another young lady came to the window, moved the man out the window, then she shut the window, then she gave me my drinks and straws. And I stated I will not be coming back to this establishment. You all need to train your employees better in customer service and hospitality. Below you'll see the receipt. The order taker and money taker had the worse customer service period.

On Fri 12/26/25:bout 7:15am irdered medium caramel macchiato with light ice and they didn't even fill the cup up with drink. Was told thats how it is when you ask for light ice. I know better because I'm also a restaurant manager. That is not how you take care of your customes. I will not be back because of the manager on duty was also the one that waited on us.
