When it was brought to me I was told to leave & threatened with "call the police." The employee had a nose ring through her right nostril. I asked what she thought of the ones between the nostrils. It's a topic tha I'd replied about on X. I don't know if the middle-aged man that apparently heard one side of the story was the police or not, but he slung insults at me. He also slipped "your age!" Yes, as an elderly person this employees opinion is of superiority to you. How serious a situation was it? Gravely, because I am of no responsibility to converse with him whatsoever!!! We're he to had physically engaged with me, the result could easily have been a fatality. Prior to my exiting he had compelled me to "give my side." The last words to eachother was both "OK." He had acknowledged his misstep of acting on only one sides "story." This situation deescalated, only, because I went beyond what's required - of me!

Huge flakes in his hair, all on his shirt, no gloves, no hair net. I only ordered coffee because I didn’t want to order donuts and get his scalp flakes as a topping.

There is always new workers who have NO idea what they’re doing. I’m genuinely curious if there is even a training session for the new ones? Why does it take 20 minutes to receive a drink? I get it’s rush time in the morning - HIRE MORE WORKERS?
