A CHILDRENS HOSPITAL AT THAT... I walked up to order, waited 5 mins for them to slow make thier way to the register... i said HI! and was greeted with a blank glare no smile as if to say "You gonna order or nah?" they really need to hire new staff that are excited about their job or at least ACT friendly... good lord

Definitely need a new crew that enjoys their job, for a dunkin to be in a children's hospital where people bring their children. Some parents are here day, night, weeks maybe months as well as people that work in the hospital that may need a boost of coffee or a quick bite to eat. Service with a greeting or a smile may make that person's day. The employees just aren't it.
- HHHMay 28, 20251.0lol definitely stuck to donuts. Got a sourdough breakfast sandwich. Trying to figure out how to upload the pic of my cold, unmelted Swiss cheese on a $5 sandwich. Line was too long to go back through and let’s be honest, they don’t care.
