So we always tip the drivers a nice tip they've always been nice but the guy who delivered our food tonight was rude. I think if we order again I'll pay the tip in cash. Waited an hour and a half, looked at the tracker and it said delivered. Store customer support is the worst I have ever had the displeasure to speak with on the phone.

After 10 minutes of calling, I finally received someone on the phone and they said they left the pizza down in the lobby. The person isn’t working on Sundays. I go down there. There’s no pizza I tried to call back and tell him what happened. The guy says it’s not my issue. It’s not my problem. You’ll have to call back at 6:30 for the general manager when I repeatedly try to talk to a manager there and he kept hanging up the phone. I don’t know who this employee is but he’s got no business being in Customer Service at all regardless of what you’re going through the day I spent $18 to get that pizza and I did not receive it so basically I’m out $18 on top of having to spend money on food tonight. It’s just not giving and Domino’s used to hold this employee accountable cause he does not need to be working in Customer Service at all
