- KPKristi Pickup5 days ago1.0Ordered pizzas on the phone due to the app not working, gentlemen told me it would be 15-20 mins, drove to pick it up and there was no order… which was fine and I would have placed my order again but the manager I talked To at the window talked to me like I was stupid and apparently doesn’t even know who’s answering the phones taking orders. Felt disrespected and after the way she talked “at” me, I chose Not to order from there. I felt like an inconvenience. She offered to make the pizzas but I’d have to wait longer and I didn’t have the time to wait! She could have atleast offered 10% off or something for the inconvenience. Especially since I was Gonna have to wait longer. Seems very unorganized. I’ve used this dominos for years with no problems till today. Don’t think I’ll be going back. As I’m sure it wouldn’t matter to them anyway. Definitely poor customer service!
