  Ordered 3 different beers first two was out and when I ordered one they did have it never came. Wife and mother n law drink came out watered down like they had been sitting for a while. Server didn't check on us for refills. Bartender answer about my beer was I made it I dont know where it went. Absolute worst dave and busters I've been too and I've been to multiple across texas

  Unfortunately this was the worst visit I’ve had at this location. We came with family expecting a fun night and it started off rough. It took about 30 minutes just to receive our drinks, and there were plenty of staff walking around but only a couple actually waiting tables. Our waiter spent most of his time at two tables making balloon swords while several tables, including ours, were still waiting just to have orders taken or checks brought out. After we finally ordered, it took another 30 minutes for food, and when it came out only half of our table received their meals. The rest of us had to wait another 8–10 minutes, so no one could really eat together. The food wasn’t hot and honestly wasn’t very good. The drinks were also very expensive and the prices aren’t posted, and there was barely any alcohol in them. Before heading to the arcade we stopped by the restrooms and they were dirty with trash all over, which wasn’t a great sign. The fun part of the night was the games, but even that had issues. The new system that lets you tap your phone wallet to play only worked about half the time, which was frustrating. The game area was also extremely packed and there weren’t many available games to actually play. Overall we still tried to make the best of the night, but this visit was pretty disappointing.

  Had a pretty bad experience at an okc dave and busters today. My husband and I had never been to one of your establishments but wanted to make my husband birthday a fun one so came to okc ( traveled 2 hours ) just to go to Dave and busters. Spend about 70 dollars on tickets and played games for an hour or so. When going to redeem our tickets we couldnt find ANYONE. Walked up and down and ever went into the dining area after 20 minutes we finally spotted a manger. I walked up to him to ask for help redeeming our tickets and he ( not politely) told me he was conducting an interview. Ok fair enough I thought well now he knows we need help and will came or send someone shortly. So we waited another 10 minutes before walking up to the front again and he was clearly done with the interview and just laughing around with a server. At that point the fun was spoiled and we just wanted to leave. I made eye contact and he just turned his back to us. I also just wanted say we were 2 of maybe 10 customers in the whole building. Really feels like we completely wasted 70 bucks and our time.

  Came with two small kids around 6:30 on a Friday night and expected to get a quick bite, play games with the kids for an hour, and then head out. The place is fairly empty. It’s 7:26 and our food is nowhere in sight. We planned to buy an unlimited games package, but now I just want to leave as soon as possible. Our waitress is nice, but she’s also the hostess. It seems like they’re understaffed. There has been no communication about the wait time for food. Absolutely do not recommend and will not return. Horrible waste of money and time.

  I was not familiar with Dave and Buster's. We usually go to Round 1 but we went here because of a birthday. It was a good time, but for us, Round 1 is still better. Food was very good but was noticeably overpriced. Everying on the menu was maybe $5 more than it should be. Our burgers were good and the fries were generously seasoned. Maybe a little overboard but I prefer that over them having no taste at all. Staff were all very friendly but service was a little slow. I think this is a common complaint so I can't really say this was an off day. Our server was very nice but she was away a little longer than we liked. I don't want to blame her because it's possible she has to juggle other duties on top of our table, but the end result is the same experience for us either way. The arcade section is where it lost to Round 1. The Round 1 near us is larger so it kind of wins by default here. There are a good variety of games but there aren't all that many. We love claw machines and Round 1 has 100 and Dave's has 2. A solid amount of ticket-getting games. A couple lightguns. A VR game. There is variety of experience here but there isn't much choice within each category. I will say that it definitely felt cheaper than Round 1. Unless you're really trying to burn your credits, even $25 can last you a solid amount of time here. So all in all, it was a good experience but we'll keep going to Round 1 regularly and Dave and Buster's sporadically.
