We waited over 3 hours for basic bar food — chicken nachos (with chicken that clearly came from a bag) and two orders of chicken tenders and fries — for a party of seven. A 20% gratuity was automatically added, even after that kind of wait. The game staff and wait staff were very friendly and did their best, but it was obvious that management did not care about the situation. No apology, no discount, and nothing was offered to make up for the delay. To top it off, the ladies’ restroom had two stalls out of order and the other three were out of toilet paper. It’s really unfortunate, because the games themselves are a lot of fun — but after this experience, we’ll never eat here again.
