- CEcindy edwardsNov 17, 20251.0My husband took our 3 yr old grandson to Dairy Queen on Friday November 14, 2025 about 5:30 PM for a burger and ice cream. My husband was explaining to his grandson the difference between hard ice cream and soft serve ice cream. My husband asked the man that was filling an order of ice cream if our grandson could step over and watch him. He was pleasant but when he mentioned to the Big Man in Charge Manager if it was ok for our well behaved grandson if he could watch the Big Man in Charge Manager, the BMIN yelled NO!!!!! My husband is 71 years old and well mannered as his grandson is. They will never go to your Dairy Queen again. He will go back to Brahms!!!!

- GMGary McCoolSep 30, 20251.0No idea how this location is still in business. I arrived at this location at 6:05pm with 4 cars in the drive thru and 2 in the parking lot. I got to the intercom at 6:22, sat there until 6:40 with no word or anything from any employee. Finally left. Watched at least 4 cars leave while I was waiting. It took me a 1/4 of the time I spent here to drive to a competitor, order, pay, receive my food and drive home. Will never visit this location again.

I cannot believe this company is forcing their employees to work in this hot building. Unacceptable. I can't imagine how the employees feel. Our ice cream melted all over the table. Would have grabbed to go, but we had two families and two orders.
