We sat there for 20 minutes, they never brought our food out, when we went back up to the front they could not find our order asked for receipt. Even though they had it in the computer. Absolutely horrible experience, management is no help at all. Definitely need help and would not recommend you go here

I asked for the veggies on the side but apparently you guys don't offer that option so I told her to just leave them on the burger. She asked if I wanted pickles so I said yes. The only veggies that came on my burger,was just pickles. The meat has no flavor,the fries are overcooked and also have no flavor & the sodas are flat. She didn't even leave me a tray for my food. I had to carry my trash to the trash can. I will NOT be coming back. I'll just stick with braums. At least they know how to use seasoning on their food.
