  The person who greeted me, if you want to call it that, was incredibly unfriendly. That unfriendliness carried over into the item that she made for me to eat. It was absolutely awful. I hadn’t been to Dairy Queen in years. And on a whim, I asked my son if he wanted to meet there so we could have a chat and some ice cream. We should’ve just talked on the phone.

  We used the 50% off reward from the app. We got the chicken strips and wife got a peanut buster parfait with Reese’s chips. We’ve come here since they opened and never got anything bad.

  Amazing Customer Service. Very clean lobby, attentive & knowledgeable employees. Quiet & can have great conversations with friends. Hope is phenomenal!!! Will definitely be back.

  Yall have already hole a special place in my heart using to go eat with my dad here in the sulphur springs texas one yall had yall alway made the best food and blizzards I just orderyall food and as always it way the best I was feeling sick and down and needed the comfort of my home with my dad that sadly pass away a long time back and it felt like he was hugging me again thank you for on this love through your food and door dash

  i wss here last sunday night late AND THE WORKER WITH BLOND HAIR AND GLASSES Lied in my face! BUT FIRST tOLD us to pull up when nobody was even behind us, I ORDERED A #1 BACON CHEEZE BURGER ONION RINGS AND A MED DRINK MY OLD MAN ORDERED A #8 TRIPLE ( REG OLD FASHION WITH 3 PCS OF MEAT CHEEZE AND KETUP) JUST THE BURGER! WELL $27 DOLLARS LATER AND SHE BRINGS US THE BAG AND IM OUT OF THE CAT TO ASK FOR KETCHUP AND SHE SAYS IT WAS IN THE BAG! THAT WAS A LIE! THEN WHEN WE ARE ALREADY DOWN THE HW IM TRYING TO SEP HIS FRO. MINE and THEY ARE THE EXACT SAME BURGER WITH SOME NASTY KIND OF HOT SPICY SAUSE ON THAT WE DID NOT ORDER. I LOOK AT THE RECIEPT AND WE WERE CHARGED FOR 2 FLAME THROWER #7S THAT WERE TO HOT TO EAT! WE SCRAPPED OFF THE SAUSE AND WITHOUT THE KETCHUP SHE LOOKED ME DEAD IN THE EYES AND SAID YES ITS IN THE BAG WE COULDNT COVER IT UP! SO TRIED TO EAT THE MEAT BUT IT WAS NOT WORTH IT. THE DOG WOULNT EVEN EAT IT.2 DAYS LATER AND I RAN OUT OF DOG FOOD AND ITS STILL IN HIS DISH OUTSIDE I JUST SEEN IT AND DECIDED THAT I WOULD WRITE A REVIEW. DQ DO BETTER !TALK TO YOUR WORKERS ABOUT TELLING THE TRUTH AND LISTENING TO WHAT THE COSTUMER NEEDS ! GIRL WITH THE GLASSES STOP MAKING DQ LOOK LIKE THEY DONT CARE!GO BACK TO SCHOOL AND BE A LAWYER IF YOUR GOING TO LIE!
