Stopped by around 9:30 PM, even though they close at 11 PM. Two employees were standing around talking while I waited at the counter. When they finally acknowledged me, they told me they were out of steak, guac, pico de gallo, and several other items.
At that point it felt like the kitchen had already shut down early. The place also looked messy and not well kept.
I drove about 15 minutes out of the way to come here and ended up leaving without ordering anything. Pretty disappointing experience.”
If I was able to give zero stars across the board I would I went in tonight Around 825-ish and I just wanted a simple bowl with white rice they told me that there is no white rice even though that the thing was half full and I said OK brown rice and then they denied me brown rice I was like OK can I just get a bowl of meat then they said no I don’t understand why you guys are open if you’re denying everything on the menu very unprofessional will not come back again worst service of my life I completely understand if they were 100% out of the item but it’s a clear window over-the-counter I could legit see it right in front of me But not only that but the teenage African-American boys while I’m just asking a simple question brought up my missing front tooth and they whispered a Mexican slur right in front of me I just don’t have time for racist remarks and then to denying service it’s baffling that it’s 2026 and being Hispanic in America and I’m getting denied food that’s supposed to be a Mexican American restaurant establishment I know this is in the middle of Oklahoma but you don’t see me going around denying people just for the color of their skin like grow up and I hope the management at this Establishment takes this review seriously because honestly I should call up corporate

went in at 9:30 , an hour and a half before close and there were only limited options of what i could choose from everything else had been put up i didn't get things i wanted on my bowl as simple as cheese even though the guy that went before me when he asked for cheese the worker went over to the online order station and picked up a whole handful of cheese but when i asked for it i was denied. the worker also had an attitude the entire time and was rolling her eyes.

We came in around 10:10 p.m., and they close at 11 p.m., so we knew it was a little later but still well within business hours. When we walked in, most of the food was already put away and the staff was clearly in cleaning mode.
When we got to the front, the gentleman serving us seemed visibly annoyed, like he was ready to leave and didn’t really want to help us. He let us know they were out of white rice, sour cream, and some veggies. We said that was fine and were willing to work with what they had left.
However, throughout the ordering process, it felt like we were inconveniencing them just by being there. The overall attitude made the experience uncomfortable, like they were rushing us so they could close and get out on time.
I understand wanting to close on time, but if the restaurant is open until 11 p.m., customers should still feel welcomed and treated respectfully until then. Just hoping for better service next time.

If I may, I’ve never written a negative review on any platform in my entire life.
I’ve been in the service industry for almost 20 years and understand that sometimes things happen or people make mistakes etc…
Along with that, Chipotle is my favorite restaurant in the world. As a concept, it is spectacular from its consistency to its bold and vibrant flavors, to its minimalist branding that it’s stayed loyal to for years. I love chipotle and I have eaten at Chipotle’s all across the country.
This specific Chipotle is the worst chipotle and honestly one of the worst restaurants I’ve ever been in. From the cleanliness, to the employees attitudes, to the lack of attention to detail. I have given this specific location so many chances over the years and I decided today I will never be back.
They constantly run out of ingredients and it’s clear or seems clear that no pars are ever researched or adjusted, at least in the couple of years I’ve been coming here. If it is past 7:30pm, I can almost guarantee you this location is out of chips. This place runs out of chips so much that my wife started calling them “Otle’”. They’re never apologetic or even concerned why it’s a problem.
Tonight, there were about 20ish bags of chips when I walked in and by the time the lady and her son in front of me got to the front counter, they removed all the chips and said this lady and her son couldn’t have any because they were for to go orders now. Which totally makes sense as an operation. If you’re low on chips, use the chips for the online orders, because online customers are harder to communicate with about being out of stuff, sure! But this is happens every night and happening at 7:30! 3 and a half hours before they close!
Nobody is ever apologetic and the staff just looks at you like you were stupid to even think they would have all their ingredients in the first place! At this place I’ve also had old crunchy/stale rice more than a couple of times, cold meat, and guacamole that looked like it was made a couple of days ago go. The food never tastes like chipotle and the standards here have dropped off the map. This restaurant is also consistently dirty and hard to look at when dining in.
Tonight was the worst thing I’ve experienced so far, and the reason I will never be back at this location. The guy behind the counter accidentally put brown rice on my burrito when I asked for it to go in my wife’s bowl. When I said “that’s for the bowl not the burrito”, the dude rolled his eyes, scooped the brown rice up out of the burrito with his hands, and splatted it into my wife’s bowl. I’ve never seen anything like that ever in my life.
So I left, I didn’t order. I went home and my wife and I literally drove 30 minutes round trip, all the way to Edmond to the Chipotle on Broadway and got food there. They’re a great location, always super nice and usually always stocked.
