  This is the only Chipotle anywhere close to my house. The food is always great, and they never skimp when they make my bowl. But it’s honestly gross in there. They don’t clean up after themselves at all, and even when I look back into the cooking area, it’s filthy. The workers also don’t seem happy at all, and a lot of the time they’re having vulgar conversations, which is really unappealing. I always go in with a smile on my face and I’m super polite, even after waiting in line for a long time, but every single time the staff just seems miserable. I don’t think the issue is the staff themselves. It seems like poor management at this location. I wish they would bring someone in who would keep the place clean and support the employees better so everyone has a better experience.

  My granddaughter has been requesting food from this establishment forever!!! I will say, her and the other party enjoyed their items. The price was too pricey!!! In addition, I was very disappointed with the mistreatment from cashier. After paying for the order, I requested a receipt, which in my experiences have been a reasonable ask 🤔. I was informed that I could not receive one due to the paper running out. I stated that I would like a receipt and asked what could be done. The cashier went to the back to give an explanation to a manager; I suppose. I only wanted a receipt because I take pictures of receipts for an app for points. I feel she thought I wanted to complain because I asked her to give the breakdown of my purchase. To which her interaction was very condescending when she opened her calculator app on her phone with aggravation... Also, please keep the restaurant clean at all times!!!

  This place is HORRIBLE. The staff were rude, incompetent, with absolutely zero customer service skills. Also breaking health code in many areas including having one person serve food and cash people out while everyone else, and I mean 4 other employees, all were doing closing duties at 8:55 pm when they don’t close until 11. They had half of the food on the back counter already and were out of all meat except for old chicken and steak, out of white rice, veggies…. And it was disgustingly dirty. They had a line to the back door and were emptying out the juice/lemonade drink holders for closing and cleaning the back and not helping customers. And when I asked why they are out of everything and had only one person helping customers with a line to the door 2 of them literally yelled at me and said “they were allowed to start closing duties an hour early” that was their reasoning for the horrible service- and mind you it was 2 hours before closing.. no management present or professionalism- so trashy- don’t go. Let it close so something decent can go in there or it will have to sell to someone who can manage it properly.

  I’m so disappointed in my experiences here. I’m a person who tries a restaurant several times before reviewing unless I’m traveling. This location has been consistently disappointing. Diedra, refused to fill our queso up. I’ve never had a Chipotle location elsewhere give me a large queso that is not filled? When I asked her about it, she argued and called for the manager. The manager was belligerent. This was after giving me two small queso and charging us before I had the chance to tell her I wanted the larger size. Don’t most employees ask what size a customer wants? I always did when I worked jobs? The young woman warned me that if she filled my large queso, she would have to charge me even more for the two small queso that I didn’t order? No one behind the counter was listening to me. So, in the process I think I was being gaslit. I wanted to pay for two large queso. She wouldn’t fill them and handed me one that wasn’t full telling us to pay more for the smalls along with the large? It made no sense? I was fine with taking it all off and refunding my money. Chicfila is just down the street and Panera. I love Qdoba in every state. I’m done with Chipotle, though.

  My husband, son and I came for lunch at 2:30pm today— Christmas Eve. I have to say it was literal disgusting. I do want to mention I’ve been here more than once before today and I’ve never seen it filthy. Starting with the prep/serving station there was endless count of food everywhere on the counter and cross contamination into other foods. They were out of most items (not the main issue). Watching the server casually slide out bowls across all the food debris was disgusting. As the server did our food, the cash register individual was hanging out on their phone when in my opinion that person could have cleaned off the food/sauces in the serving area. Then the trash cans were over flowing in all them, I actually pushed the trash down for them. The drink station was messy too with juices everywhere, lids and utensils randomly too. Then my son used the restroom and he immediately came right back out and described how there was URINE all over the floor. I was considering reporting to the Oklahoma Board but after discussing with my husband I figured this review would be more transparent for this franchise to really see the issue and correct themselves. Busy holiday does not give an excuse for lousy hygiene.
