- MMmichelleFeb 24, 20262.0ive been going here for years and this is the first time the service felt so careless. the dude was trying to wrap my order in foil but because it was overloaded from the previous girl overfilling, he decided to give up and just smooshed it all together that when i unwrapped it, it all fell apart. the two girls on register were too busy chatting with each other they barely looked us in the eye. the bigger girl kept telling people “have a goodnight” in a bored voice without looking at guests because shes too busy facing the other girl to continue chattering in front of their customers. then carelessly proceeds to PUSH the bag with the back of her hand towards us without it even reaching halfway on the counter instead of handing it to us. my friend was amused with the whole interaction as well. even a customer ahead of us had a baffled look on his face when he turned around to walk out because these girls barely acknowledge him.

I was met with a missing burrito for my pick up order, but I didnt find out untill I got down the road and checked the bag. So I turned around and got the burrito and went on my way. 45 min later im home and get the burrito out and then the bowl we ordered but the bowl was almost completely not my order at all. I ordered veggie bowl, received chicken, ordered pinto beans, received black, ordered salsa Verde, received the new salsa, ordered guacamole received none. I couldn't drive back . I had spend all that time and money and I cant even eat it. I ordered the veggie bowl.. the chicken alone was a stopper for me. Super disappointed about the whole experience.

We had to wait 15 minutes past our pick-up time for our food, and this doesn’t resemble a taco at all. Much less 3 of them. What is the point of ordering ahead, when it would’ve been faster if I came in and watched you make it properly the first time? The one in Edmond has wet carnitas so I drove here, this was not worth the gas OR the wasted time. Stepping back from Chipotle until our area can get some help with training.
