It was my first time ever going to a CAVA this past Sunday and I’ll certainly be back!!! From the moment my niece and I walked in, we were greeted and the atmosphere was calm. Malachi, Marco, and Kenzee assisted me with our order and everything was delicious. Marco started our order with the picking of the greens and was able to tell me what was what. Malachi was over the next station on the prep line. I told him that I love garlic and he took it over from there with his expertise on the items, which I’m sure took my bowl to a new level. Kenzee was our cashier and she was also very kind and encouraged me to try the refreshing homemade drinks, which were amazing. Each of these team members was incredibly knowledgeable on the menu and ingredients. They all worked together to better improve my customer experience, and they were all helpful/ patient with me. Not to mention, the establishment was super clean and every food item was fresh!!!!!!!! I thank this amazing team for making my first CAVA experience a memorable and flavorful one. I’m looking forward to coming back to this location. See you all soon and thank you!!!!

The chicken and rice bowl was absolutely amazing with the original pita chips!!! The atmosphere outside was just right for a fall day! The music selection was bumpin. I had to go back in to try the limited time cinnamon pita chips with honey for a dessert! The blueberry lavender lemonade was a perfect drink for it all! Overall GREAT first time experience!

Horrible experience. An off duty employee JACK was only customer and ordering leaning over the glass picking at his hair six times while reaching over the glass only a few inches from the food. Hair was greasy and could smell the guy. On top of it he was talking to the on duty employee AJ for a long period ignoring me my wife and son. After a long period I confronted both of them JACK and AJ. I told them you cant reach over the glass 6 times pulling your hands out of your hair over the food in front of me, and on top of it ignore me and my family. I said we can see you. Neither AJ nor JACK would speak. We left cause we were ignored and all food dirty from the off duty worker greasy hair. I send Ray Brown the owner/operator a message but received no response. This location is in Nichol Hills next to whole foods and suppose to best location in the area. Its not and Ihighly recommend you don't go here until Aj and Jack are gone. Its completely unsanitary. I did speak with a guy named Parker there and he was super nice, respectful and deeply apologized for AJ and JACKS conduct. Parker is an asset, but whoever hired the two clowns should be fired. On top of it not only do I have the app and frequent often, I am a major stockholder in the company. Im selling my shares as I dont want to support this type of behavior. My family dont even want to go to any CAVA now. This occurred Tuesday November 2nd between 4.05 to 4.20 pm

So I LOVE cava. I am a repeat costumer and have spent ALOT of money at this place. I went to this one in OKC. and was not impressed. Their portion size on their safron was small when they did my bowl. I asked for a little more and they wanted to charge me. Their avocados where disgusting. Their drink machine was broke so the liquid was separating and they was still serving it. I can't with this place. I live cava and I'll continue to be a costumer but someone needs to come talk to this manager here on how he or she runs his buisness.

My first time visiting this location was a huge disappointment. The employees were wearing gloves but touching their phones and utensils with them, which completely defeats the purpose of food safety. They were also out of forks at both the drink station and the to-go area, and even after I mentioned it, no one restocked them. The food quality was just as bad. The cucumbers were soggy, and the lentil pan hadn’t been replaced in hours. One employee even told me, “I wouldn’t get those if I were you, they haven’t been replaced since I clocked in at 4 p.m.” It was 9 p.m. at the time. That’s a serious health code violation. The floors, both front and back of house, were filthy. I was disgusted with my meal. Couldn’t even finish it. Still, I decided to give this place a second chance two months later since it’s the closest location to my house. Big mistake. At 7 p.m., there were no pans of rice or lentils on the main line. They were serving from the backup line instead, which made me question how long that food had been sitting there. When I ordered, I was given one small scoop of rice and one scoop of lentils. The employee told me that’s the “standard amount” because they got in trouble for food waste. Apparently, this location loses around $700 a day—about $21,000 a month—in wasted food. But honestly, maybe if they served proper portions and gave customers what they’re paying for, that wouldn’t be an issue. I’ve had much better experiences at other Cava locations, both out of state and in Oklahoma. This one doesn’t compare. Between the poor hygiene, lack of fresh food, skimpy portions, and terrible customer service, I won’t be back. Do not waste your time or money at this location, it’s absolutely not worth it.
