I came in on a Friday at 5 PM when it wasn’t busy at all, but I ended up waiting a ridiculous 45 minutes for a simple order of wings and fries. I asked my server multiple times where my order was Meanwhile, other tables got served around me. When my food finally arrived, the wings were completely unseasoned, and the server just handed me the seasoning to fix it myself. Frankly, that’s not just disappointing; it’s downright disrespectful service for a sit-down restaurant. I expected way better." When I asked who the manager on duty was the answer I received was "we don't really have one here, only a shift lead".... Waste of my money trying to have a relaxing solo lunch.
