After more than 15 minutes with no waiter and then when the table that was sat 10 minutes after we were received service we were done. Not the first time receiving slow service at this location, but likely the last.

A bunch of servers were standing around talking or walking right past us so we decided to leave and go somewhere else. If you’re going to avoid customers and not do anything then hide and the back and don’t make it obvious.

The kitchen staff was taking a little bit longer then anticipated on our food. I didnt think anything of it because again, Thunder Game Night. Our waitress, Rain, did think something of it. She went into the kitchen and argued with Kitchen Staff that it was taking to long to get our food. I have never had a server do this. EVER! Lain, was an absolutely incredible waitress outside of that as well. Ensured that my ten month old son was as comfortable as possible, and my wife an I had absolutely everything we needed prior to our foods arrival. The BEST waitress service I have ever had at any Buffalo Wild Wings, at any restaurant, period. We will be back soon and asking to sit in Lain's section. Thank you Lain, you were absolutely incredible. Enjoy the 50% tip and have a Happy Holidays!

She is always professional, has a great attitude no matter how hard she’s working, and makes this bar a comfortable place to sit and watch the Thunder games. This is definitely my go to spot when she’s running the show behind the bar, no question.
